Dr. Chucky S. Jordan is a Doctor of Chiropractic and owner of BioSpine Health and Wellness, LLC at 214 John St, Lake City, SC 29560. After beginning practice in Lake City in 2015, he opened BioSpine in 2016.
Dr. Jordan treats back and neck pain, sciatica, headache patterns linked to the neck, sports and auto injuries, arthritic stiffness, and selected chronic tendon problems. He also performs DOT physicals as an FMCSA-listed certified Medical Examiner.
Education and service
Raised in Mullins, South Carolina, Dr. Jordan served in the U.S. Army, 1998–2004. He completed sports medicine studies at Keiser University in 2011, earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2015, and completed a master’s degree in Nutrition and Human Performance at Logan University in 2019.
He holds South Carolina #4099 and National Board of Chiropractic Examiners certification. His public provider record also identifies him by NPI 1841656527.
What happens before treatment
Dr. Jordan reviews the history, examines the area, and checks for findings that should be handled by a medical clinician, imaging center, or rehabilitation provider. An appointment does not automatically lead to an adjustment.
When chiropractic care does fit, he explains the technique, what improvement will be measured, and when the plan should be changed or stopped. Imaging is recommended when it can change the decision, not as a routine requirement for every new patient.
